Telica Henry-McQueen is the founder and owner of The Right Fit Educational & Consulting Services, LLC. With over 30 years of experience as a licensed educator and administrator (LEA) in Florida, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Telica has served as an Adjunct Professor with Miami Dade College for 10 years, where she has trained future educators and supervised interns. Her extensive experience in the field of education has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of childhood development, learning differences, and effective teaching strategies and the importance of parental engagement at birth.

Telica holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education, a Master's degree in Varying Exceptionalities (Birth-Adult), and a Specialist degree in World Languages at the University of Miami. These advanced educational credentials enable her to address a wide range of learning needs and provide specialized support to her clients. Telica's commitment to continuous learning and professional development ensures that she stays up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of education. She has obtained additional certifications in reading and in English as a second language.

In addition to her role as an educator, Telica has also spent 10 years providing educational advocacy services for parents and students. This experience has given her a deep understanding of navigating school systems and securing appropriate services for her clients. Telica's background in advocacy allows her to effectively support and advocate for the educational needs of her clients, ensuring that they receive the support and resources they require to succeed.

Telica's passion for education and commitment to making a difference in the lives of her clients extends beyond her professional work. She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, where she has built strong ties within the local community. These established relationships enable her to connect her clients to additional resources and networks of support, further enhancing the services she provides.

With her extensive experience, advanced educational credentials, and commitment to advocacy, Telica Henry-McQueen is well-equipped to lead The Right Fit Educational & Consulting Services in providing exceptional educational support to clients throughout the Miami region. Her holistic approach, combined with her proven leadership skills, ensures that clients receive specialized, individualized support that empowers them educationally and personally.

Paige Diane Brown, MBA, is an integral part of The Right Fit Educational Consulting Services as the Chief Operating Officer. With her strong business background and expertise, Ms. Brown plays a crucial role in overseeing the operations and strategic growth of the company.

Ms. Brown's educational background, combined with her extensive experience in business operations, makes her a valuable asset to the leadership team. Holding an MBA, she brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.

Michol Wimberly is a highly accomplished Speech & Language Pathologist who has made significant contributions to the field of communication disorders. With a passion for helping individuals overcome speech and language challenges, Michol has dedicated her career to improving the lives of her clients.

Michol's journey in the field of speech pathology began at Florida State University, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. During her time at the university, Michol demonstrated exceptional dedication and commitment to her studies, earning her a nomination for the prestigious Michol extended her education by receiving a graduate degree in Speech and Language Pathologist. She has gained a considerable amount of experience, working with a peer mentor in the beginning years. Now, she has established a professional standing in the world of Speech and Language Pathology. She brings a unique, effective pedagogy to the field, with the energy and zest of someone that is practicing their dream career.

Tamara Shirley, a graduate of one of the most prestigious and well known Historically Black University and College. Tamara is a graduate of Florida Agriculture Mechanical University (FAMU). Upon graduating Tamara returned to South Florida. She quickly entered graduate school to enhance her skill set as a psychologist/therapist. Tamara began a career in Miami Dade County Public Schools as a school based psychologist.

Tamara desired to have a greater impact on mental health ,academic recognition, and identifying intervention needs., she opened her own private practice and she joined The Right Fit team to collaborate, provide services (preventive or intervention) while supporting the team.
Ms. Shirley has worked with hundreds of students and families in her previous and current professional positions.

Like everyone on the team she's certified and licensed which allows her to be recognized as a member of this professional service agency.
